This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (capital.yusr.ae) and apply for or use our financing products — Revenue Based Financing for e-commerce sellers and POS Merchant Advance for service businesses — in the United Arab Emirates. YUSR CAPITAL is a trade name of Yusr Tech FZ-LLC, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal & business information. When you apply for our services we may collect: full name, email, phone, and WhatsApp number of the business signatory; Emirates ID copy of the key signatory and ultimate beneficial owners; UAE trade licence; Memorandum of Association; bank statements (typically last 6 months); financial statements; AECB credit bureau report; business address, trading history, and contact details.

2.2 Platform & transactional data (with your consent). For Revenue Based Financing: sales, settlement, returns, and account-health data from your Amazon UAE or Shopify account, pulled through the platforms’ authorised APIs after you grant consent. For POS Merchant Advance: POS / PSP receivables and ERP / accounting data, either via direct system connection or shared statements.

2.3 Automatically collected information. When you visit our website we automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, cookie data, UTM parameters, and referral sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and evaluate your financing application.
  • Verify your identity and conduct KYC / AML checks.
  • Perform underwriting, credit scoring, and risk assessment.
  • Disburse approved funds and manage ongoing repayments via direct debit.
  • Send invoices, payment reminders, and account updates.
  • Communicate with you by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Improve our website, products, and customer experience.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements under UAE law, including DET, CBUAE, AECB, and FIU obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Records relating to financing agreements, KYC documentation, and transactional data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the relationship ends, as required by UAE anti-money-laundering and tax regulations.
